Our logistics desk is located in Accra, and we are dedicated to supporting the supply chain community in Ghana.

Getting the Most from Your Enquiry

A clear, well-organised message helps the desk point you to the right information quickly. Whether you are a student weighing up a career in logistics, a working professional thinking about formal recognition, or an employer looking at staff development, a few details at the start of your email save a round of back-and-forth replies.

What to include

  • Your area of interest: membership, training, events or general supply-chain questions.
  • Your current role or stage: for example student, warehouse supervisor, freight forwarder, procurement officer or transport manager.
  • Your experience: roughly how many years you have worked in logistics, transport or a related field, and any qualifications you already hold.
  • Your goal: what you hope to achieve, such as upgrading your skills, preparing for a new role or building a team's capability.

If you are asking about membership grades or eligibility, it helps to read the membership overview first so your questions can be more specific. For course-related questions, the training page describes the kinds of programmes and topics covered.

Before you write

Many everyday operational questions, such as how to prepare a vehicle inspection routine or organise a goods-receiving process, are covered in the practical checklists. Starting there can give you an immediate answer, and it makes any follow-up conversation more focused.

A note on responses

Replies are handled by email, so check your spam or promotions folder if you have not heard back. Please do not send sensitive personal or financial details in your first message. Where formal accreditation, examination rules or official certification are involved, always confirm the current requirements with the awarding body itself, as policies and fees can change over time.

Logistics in Ghana covers everything from port operations in Tema to last-mile delivery across Accra and beyond. Tell us where you fit in that picture, and we will do our best to help you find a useful next step.
